Prevent pain at work

Many common injuries can be avoided or alleviated by adjusting your computer workspace to be a little more ergonomically correct. The folks at Macworld have posted an article detailing ways you can make your workstation less of a pain in the neck (or back, or wrist, etc). The article covers proper positioning of monitor, keyboard, mouse, and chair.
