  1. We are sedentary society. Not that many can help considering it’s their job to sit and work. However, it’s what we do away from work that really matter. I know people who walk on their lunch hours. They are the ones who seem happiest.

    Love the information on sitting EXCEPT. The 135 degree sitting is good info regarding taking strain off the lower back “BUT” if you look at the persons head its flexed forward therfore this will create alot of strain on the cervical spine, heart, cervical ganglions, superior lobes of the lungs ,etc just to mention a few there are alot more structures you will be affecting. SO if you are going to sit like this you need to let your head rest against the back of the chair. Personally I like the 90 degree sitting with a proper lumbar support to help maintain the normal physiological curve
